| The most efficient method of contacting the Association is
through its property management company, PMA, Inc.
They can be reached by telephone at (435) 645-7888, by FAX at
(435) 645-7890, or by email at manager@prospectorsquare.com.
PMA can answer most questions or can forward them to the Association
by placing the item(s) on a meeting agenda for the Executive
Committee or the entire Board of Directors. They can also provide
the names of current Board members and officers, and the contact
information of these individuals.
The Board of Directors does meet on a monthly basis, usually
the fourth Tuesday of each month. The Executive Committee
meets on a more frequent basis and/or as needed. |
