The Prospector Square Property Owners Association is run
in accordance with its governing legal documents, filed with
the State of Utah for the purpose of establishing a non-profit
corporation to oversee the subdivision.
These legal documents can be viewed below by clicking on

The ARTICLES
OF INCORPORATION outline the legal framework
of the corporation.
The BY-LAWS
govern the affairs, functionings, and operating procedures
of the association in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation.
The CC&Rs
are the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions, and provide
detailed descriptions of the rules and regulations in effect
for Prospector Square and its owners.
The PARKING
POLICY expounds the Association's policies governing
the use of Prospector Square's parking lots. For additional

The ENCROACHMENT
AGREEMENT is used to obtain consent from the
Association to allow an owner to encroach upon and create
improvements on Association owned common areas. |
