The lots, identified as A through K, all have surface parking
spaces and two of the lots, B & D, also have some underground
parking spaces.
Parking Lot D is subject to weight restrictions that are
detailed on signage attached to a restrictive height barrier
device.
The Board of Directors of the Association has developed certain
“rules and regulations” governing the control
and operation of the commonly owned parking lots. The rules
and regulations are subject to amendment by the Board. To

SQUARE PARKING POLICY
There are other parking areas
in the Square that are not subject to these rules and regulations:
- An underground parking lot under the Sun Creek Condominium
complex adjacent to and accessed from parking Lot G.
- An underground parking lot under the Park Regency Condominium
complex accessed from Prospector Avenue, a public street.
Both of these lots are owned and controlled by their respective
Condominium Associations, not the Prospector Square Property
Owners Association.
There are also two small surface parking lots that are on
two privately owned lots: Lot 2B and Lot 17A. These parking
lots are owned and controlled by their respective lot owners. |
